Spent 119k yen on lunch for 4pax today. Most expensive meal in tokyo till date. Not very crowded when we arrived. Food 5 stars - Kobe beef and garlic rice were good. Service 4 stars - Staff and chef were polite. Limited english. Cutlery and bowls were not cleaned properly with food remnants stuck to them. Atmosphere 3 stars - Sat at table directly in front of the lift where seats were squeezey.
